Legal noticeTerms of use

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one.

seentia is published by Mohamed Amine Hamdi, sole proprietor trading as Polykroma (138 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris, France). This page explains which personal data we process, why, for how long, with whom, and how to exercise your rights. Any question: [email protected].

1. You visit the website or use the platform

  • Data: for platform users, the login address, the role, the decisions made and their date; for everyone, technical logs (IP address, requested pages, errors).
  • Purposes: providing the service, securing access, recording decisions, fixing incidents, measuring platform usage to improve it.
  • Legal basis: performance of the contract signed with the customer, and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.

2. You request early access

  • Data: full name, company, business email address, job title (optional) and the description of your need, entered in the early access form.
  • Purposes: replying to your request and, where relevant, preparing your access to the platform.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Routing: the request is passed on by Cloudflare, which sends it as a message, then received in a Proton Mail mailbox (Switzerland). It is not stored in the platform database.
  • Bot protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical browser signals to tell a person from an automated program. These signals are only used to protect the form and are not used to track you (the publisher's legitimate interest).
  • Retention: 3 years after our last exchange.

3. You are a professional contacted through seentia

seentia helps companies contact other companies at the moment they have a reason to be interested. To do so, we process business data:

  • Data: last name, first name, job title, company, business email address and, where relevant, public professional profile; then the messages sent, their delivery (any bounce), and any replies.
  • Sources: public information about companies (official registers, public tender notices, job offers, press, company websites) and providers specialised in finding business contact details.
  • Purpose: sending you, at your business address, a message related to your role, on behalf of a company that is a seentia customer.
  • Legal basis: companies' legitimate interest in making themselves known to other professionals, about their line of business.
  • Roles: the company on whose behalf you are contacted is responsible for its prospecting; Polykroma acts on its behalf. Polykroma is however responsible for the shared opt-out list, which ensures that a person who refused to be contacted is no longer contacted by any customer.

Every message states where the information comes from and offers a one-click unsubscribe link. A refusal is final and applies to all customers at once. No decision with legal effects is made automatically: company scoring is used to prioritise, and a person approves every message before it is sent.

4. Retention periods

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. The simplest way to object to any contact is the unsubscribe link in every message; you can also write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.

After erasure, your address is kept only in the opt-out list, to ensure you are not contacted again if it reappears in a public source.

You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr, or with the authority of your country.

7. Security

Each customer's data is isolated at database level, exchanges are encrypted, access is personal and limited by role, and every decision is logged.

8. Cookies

The website sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies are used, which require no consent:

  • theme: remembers the chosen display theme (light or dark), for one year;
  • lang: remembers the chosen website language (French or English), for one year;
  • platform session cookies: keep users signed in, until sign-out or expiry.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may change with the service; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. See also the legal notice and the terms of use.
